Privacy Policy — tinyB Chocolate QuickBooks Integration

This Privacy Policy describes how the internal software integration ("the App") developed by tinyB Chocolate, Inc. ("tinyB," "we," "us") handles data in connection with its use of the QuickBooks Online API.

1. Scope. This policy applies only to the App's internal use by tinyB Chocolate, Inc. The App is not distributed to, or used by, any party outside of tinyB.

2. Data Accessed. The App connects to tinyB's own QuickBooks Online company account via the Intuit QuickBooks API. It accesses and creates records such as customers, invoices, and related line-item data solely within tinyB's own QuickBooks company file.

3. Data Not Collected. The App does not access, collect, or store data belonging to any other QuickBooks company, and does not share, sell, or transmit any QuickBooks data to third parties. Data read from QuickBooks is used only to keep tinyB's own internal order-management records (Google Sheets) and QuickBooks invoices in sync.

4. Data Storage. Any credentials required for the App to authenticate with QuickBooks (such as OAuth tokens) are stored securely within tinyB's own Google Workspace environment (Google Apps Script Script Properties) and are not accessible to any party outside tinyB.

5. Data Retention. Data created by the App (invoices, customer records) is retained within tinyB's QuickBooks Online company in accordance with tinyB's normal recordkeeping practices, and can be modified or deleted through QuickBooks Online directly at any time.

6. Changes to This Policy. tinyB may update this policy from time to time as the App's functionality changes.
