Our Founder and Chocolatier guides you through each pairing, explaining why each brigadeiro was specifically chosen and how it brings out a different aspect of a particular Northern California wine. She shares stories behind the brigadeiros and the selected wine. It’s a tasting that blends cultures, stories, and flavors from two different parts of the world into a decadent experience that’s uniquely San Francisco.

I learned to make chocolate from my mom in Brazil — it was her way of sharing love with everyone around her. I make every brigadeiro the same way, by hand, here in San Mateo, CA. When you share my chocolate with a guest, a little of that alegría — the joy of life — travels with it.
