End User License Agreement — tinyB Chocolate QuickBooks Integration

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the internal software integration ("the App") developed by tinyB Chocolate, Inc. ("tinyB," "we," "us") that connects tinyB's internal order-management systems to tinyB's QuickBooks Online account.

1. Internal Use Only. The App is developed and used solely by tinyB Chocolate, Inc. for its own internal business operations. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any other company, organization, or individual outside of tinyB.

2. Purpose. The App automates the creation and management of invoices, customer records, and related accounting entries within tinyB's own QuickBooks Online company file, based on order and event data maintained in tinyB's internal systems.

3. Data. The App accesses and modifies only tinyB's own QuickBooks Online company data. No data belonging to any other QuickBooks company or user is accessed, stored, or transmitted by the App.

4. No Warranty. The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. tinyB makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.
